it maybe down to a childhood spent in the countryside, where it seemed there was all the time in the world to follow my granma round her stone farmhouse, waiting for a slice of homemade sponge filled with damson jam. or it maybe down to the memories of her antique stove that settled in the corner, with a steaming copper tea pot on top… whatever the reason I am feel that we should always make time for tea.

collected from market stalls, antique stores and hidden corners, these ceramic, glass and porcelain items have been transformed with drawings to add a tale to each sip of tea. stemming from sketches made in my notebooks over time, some document countryside memories or the modern scene from my shoreditch window, while others act as a postcard of worldwide trips – from somerset to scandinavia, where would you like to be transported to this tea time…?

each item is a one-off, hand drawn by myself. the drawings are permanent and each items is oven proof and hand washable and designed to be used. prices start at £15. if you have any questions, would like more details of a specific piece or to make a purchase please contact me.
